HC Automotive was founded by Houssein Chamass, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Pavia, Italy, with further postgraduate studies in Automotive Engineering at the University of Brescia.

His technical background includes experience in the automotive and engineering sectors, alongside specialist training in advanced vehicle diagnostics and ADAS systems in the UK.

He also holds IMI Level 3 qualifications in automotive diagnostics and ADAS-related disciplines and is a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).
